We aim to present product information accurately, including material, dimensions, price, inclusions, dispatch window, care and customisation scope.
However, small differences in display colour, photography, screen settings and fabric behaviour may occur.
The current product page and order confirmation together form the customer's product reference.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Shipping, customisation, extra length, stitching or special handling charges may be additional and will be communicated before order confirmation.
An order is accepted only after product details, price, payment, dispatch window and applicable terms are confirmed.

Many VARNINI® products are made to order. Once production, material allocation, printing, finishing or customisation begins, cancellation and return options may be limited.
Please review the made-to-order terms before payment.
Fabric stories may be sold by the metre where available. Fabric requirement depends on the customer's intended use, tailoring plan, lining, measurement and motif placement.
VARNINI® is not responsible for shortage, wastage or unsuitable tailoring where the customer or third-party tailor proceeds without approved review.
Payment terms are shared before order confirmation. Orders may require full or partial payment depending on product type and order value.
Payment gateway charges, failed transactions or bank delays may be subject to the provider's terms.
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. VARNINI® will make reasonable efforts to meet the communicated dispatch window.
Courier delays after dispatch may be outside VARNINI®'s direct control.
Returns, refunds, cancellations and alterations are governed by the separate policy available on the website and linked before order confirmation.
Nothing in the policy removes legal remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
All product names, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, website content, packaging and brand assets are protected by intellectual-property rights.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, printed, resold or used commercially without written permission from VARNINI® or the authorised rights holder.
If you tag, share or send content to VARNINI®, that does not automatically grant public-use permission unless separately agreed. VARNINI® may request permission before reposting, publishing or using customer or creator content.

VARNINI® is not responsible for indirect losses, missed occasions, emotional distress, third-party tailoring damage, courier delays outside its control or customer misuse, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
VARNINI® may update these terms from time to time. The version available on the website at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.
