Clear terms for choosing and ordering from VARNINI®.
These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed with VARNINI® and the use of our website and related services. When you confirm an order, the applicable product information, price, payment terms and policies communicated before confirmation form part of your agreement with us.

VARNINI® is a registered trade mark used by SellnShip Solutions Private Limited under exclusive authorisation from its proprietor.
Orders and customer services offered through VARNINI® are operated by SellnShip Solutions Private Limited, FF, SCO 97, Sector 44-C, Chandigarh – 160047, India.
Product Information
We present VARNINI® products with relevant information about material, dimensions, inclusions, price, creation time, care and available customisation. Colours may appear slightly different across screens, photography and lighting conditions. Natural fabric behaviour and individually finished details may also result in subtle variations.
The product information applicable to the piece you choose, together with any details specifically confirmed for your order, forms the reference for that order.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where indicated. Any additional amount for shipping, customisation, additional fabric, stitching or another requested service will be communicated before order confirmation.
Available payment methods and applicable payment terms will also be shown or communicated before confirmation. The total amount payable will be confirmed before payment.
Orders & Made-to-Order
Many VARNINI® pieces are created through our Made-to-Order approach. An order is confirmed once the relevant product, price, requirements, payment terms and applicable conditions have been agreed.
Once confirmed, the making process may include material allocation, printing, finishing, customisation and quality review according to the selected piece. The applicable creation window is communicated before order confirmation.
Where an accepted order cannot proceed, VARNINI® will communicate the available next step and any applicable refund. Cancellation and return eligibility is governed by the separate policy.
Shipping & Delivery
The applicable dispatch or delivery estimate will be communicated as part of the order information. VARNINI® will make reasonable efforts to meet the communicated timeline and will keep you informed where a material change affects your order. Customer rights relating to delivery remain subject to applicable law.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations and alterations are governed by the separate Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available under applicable law.
Intellectual Property & Website Use
The VARNINI® name, product names, original artwork, designs, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, packaging and other brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
You may use the website for personal purposes connected with exploring, enquiring about or purchasing VARNINI® products. Commercial reproduction, publication, modification, distribution, sale or other unauthorised use of protected VARNINI® material requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with VARNINI® are governed by the laws of India. Customer rights, grievances and disputes may be pursued through the remedies and forums available under applicable law.
