VARNINI® is a registered trade mark used by SellnShip Solutions Private Limited under exclusive written authorisation from its proprietor. The VARNINI® name and the original creative work associated with the brand are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Brand Ownership
VARNINI® includes a distinct body of original brand and creative assets, including product and collection names, artwork, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, packaging and other brand materials. The rights applicable to each asset are held by the relevant rights holder.
Use of VARNINI® Assets
VARNINI® welcomes accurate references to the brand, its products and its work. The VARNINI® name may be used to identify the brand or its products where the reference is accurate and does not suggest an endorsement, partnership, collaboration or authorisation that does not exist.
Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use of VARNINI® original artwork, photographs, videos, written content, graphics or other protected creative assets requires appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits the use.
Creators & Media
Creators, media professionals and collaborators using VARNINI® materials in connection with an authorised relationship should use the approved product information, credits and brand assets provided for that purpose. Any commercial relationship should be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising requirements and platform rules.
