This means the final sellable piece is substantially completed after the customer confirms it. Samples, fabric preparation, artwork files or shared production stages may exist earlier, but the piece intended for the customer is completed close to confirmed demand.
This helps us work in considered quantities, avoid unnecessary bulk production and give closer attention to story, material, print, finishing and customer requirements.
VARNINI® creates story-led pieces across collections and product forms. Sarees and fabric stories form the current public foundation. As the house grows, new product forms may be introduced only when their story, material, production logic, pricing and customer experience meet the VARNINI® standard.
